Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Work Environment

This position is based in our Waxahachie, TX office. The role involves direct client interaction in a professional and supportive setting.
