**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Care/Med Tech to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed and ensure proper documentation according to facility policies.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health and any administered treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to established policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical technology or healthcare is preferred.
- Previous experience as a care/medical technician or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle residents’ information with confidentiality and professionalism.
