Discover Your Purpose with Us at Discovery Senior Living!As Director of Health & Wellness, you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.Your Role:As the Director of Health & Wellness, your role includes overseeing the clinical and care services for our Independent Living / Assisted Living / Memory Care community. You’ll lead a team of licensed nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care and service in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
