What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Teacher position at Discovery Learning Center?

We are looking for energetic workers to help teach students at our daycare. Teachers will ensure the safety of children, lead learning activities, follow company rules and state minimum standards, prepare meals, and clean up after students.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), able to pass a background check, and able to work in the US. Must be able to reliably show up to work on all assigned days.
We are open 7AM to 6PM and need staff to fill morning shifts (7AM - 12:30PM) or afternoon shifts (12:30PM - 6PM) every day, Monday through Friday. We are located at 21048 Montezuma Rd in Harlingen, behind Lee Means Elementary.
This is a part time position (approximately 25 - 30 hours per week).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
