Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Curriculum and lesson plans provided
- Utilize various learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance the educational experience.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage student participation.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity.
- Stay current with educational trends and best practices in teaching methodologies.
Skills
- Experience in classroom instruction with a focus on student engagement.
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and LMS platforms.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Experience working with students of different ages.
- Familiarity with library services as a resource for enhancing instructional materials.
