As a Hutton's Gas Dock Attendant, you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Be motivated to engage the membership and promote the family friendly lifestyle at the gas dock.Ensure all amenities are in order and ready to be presented to our members and their guests.Prepare valet dock area for services to include proper chair and table placement, stock fridges and freezers adequately, and begin service at posted times.Daily boat maintenance for member boats, this included uncovering and covering, stocking.Complete all opening and closing procedures and daily / weekly side work.Adhere to Gozzer Ranch uniform and appearance standards.Assist co-workers with disposal and re-stocking of inventory.Always maintain gas dock cleanliness during hours of operationsImmediately communicate Safety and Maintenance concerns to your immediate supervisor and request a follow-up is conducted.Keep daily records of usage of the club facilities and report needed charges to the Hutton's office daily.Assist in the slip rentals for daily moorage.Uphold the club's policies and procedures both personally and with your staff.Key Area #3 : Daily Hutton's Store Operations
You may be asked to assist at Hutton's Store when not at the Gas Dock.Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit / debit sales.Know the ingredients of all of our fresh food items and how to prepare them.Ensure shelves and cooler are always stocked and looking their best.Assist customers with fuel purchases.Have basic knowledge of the gas pumps and equipment (you will take a basic certification prior to starting).Follow all store procedures regarding the purchase of alcohol and tobacco.Keep a clean and sanitary work environment.Ensure that each interaction with our customers is a cherished one.Ensure that we are following proper food handling procedures at all times.Quality control holds a huge emphasis in our job. We never want to serve unsafe, or poor quality items.Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :
Prior boating experience, preferred.Must have strong knowledge of proper knot etiquette, boat safety, and attention to detail.Must have knowledge and adherence to all state laws pertaining to water-way laws and the sale and service of liquor and other alcoholic beverages.Comply with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulationsPossess basic computer knowledge.Ability to work effectively with all personality types.Ability to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly.Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures including inside and outside areas.Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help.Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.About Us
