The Food & Beverage Lead supports the daily operations of the club’s outlets with a strong focus on 89 Bar & Grill’s environments. This role ensures a polished, seamless experience for both prospects and members by managing set-ups, guiding service flow, and upholding consistent operational standards. As a frontline leader, the lead embodies the club’s values, promotes teamwork, and contributes to an engaging, high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide oversight and coordination for Food & Beverage at 89 Bar & Grill.
- Manage set-up, service flow, cleanliness, & overall performance at the North Lodge food outlet.
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership by modeling high service standards, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Implement and reinforce all standards set by Homewood Mountain Resort.
- Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for all guests, building rapport through genuine interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to produce a sustainable service environment.
- Assist with maintaining a polished look, stocked floor, & smooth-flowing guest experience.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Homewood policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
- Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.

- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hours will fluctuate upon demand.
- Assist with knowledge of Inventory & Sales
