Job Summary
Homewood Mountain Resort is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator to support our resort’s F&B operations. This hybrid role combines inventory control with outlet coordination, ensuring our venues are supplied, organized, and prepared for daily service. The F&B Coordinator also provides light administrative support, assisting management with basic recordkeeping and communication. Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and thrive on keeping operations running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management

Receive, inspect, and process deliveries; confirm accuracy against invoices.

Organize, rotate (FIFO), and stock supplies across multiple outlets.

Assist with routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate records.

Communicate shortages, discrepancies, and supply needs to F&B management.

Operate equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, carts) safely.
Operational Support

Coordinate daily supply runs and distribution of product to outlets.

Support managers in preparing outlets for service (stocking, set-up, cleaning).

Serve as point of contact for outlet staff regarding supply needs or replenishments.

Help ensure service areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with health codes.

Step in to provide occasional guest or staff support during peak periods.
Administrative Assistance

Assist with filing invoices, tracking orders, and updating inventory logs.

Provide support for scheduling, communication, and team coordination as needed.

Contribute to preparation of basic F&B reports (stock usage, order requests).
Compliance & Cleanliness

Follow all safety and food-handling regulations.

Ensure storage areas remain orderly, hazard-free, and in compliance with resort standards.

Support adherence to liquor and health codes, as directed by management.

Education and/or Experience:

Prior ski resort or hospitality experience desirable.
