What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain an intentional, child-led Montessori classroom for ages 3–5
• Observe and guide each child’s development with warmth, curiosity, and purpose
• Use Montessori principles and authentic materials to foster independence and lifelong learning
• Partner with co-teachers and families to support every child’s growth and success
• Model and uphold our core values: Safe, Kind, Mindful, Play, Discovery, Innovation, and Loving Relationships

What You Bring:

• Montessori certification is preferred but not required
• We accept training from NAMC, AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited programs
• 2 years or more Experience working with children ages 0–5 in a licensed early childhood setting
• A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for child-centered education
• Ability to manage a classroom environment with consistency, compassion, and intention
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
