Jetsetter Kids Club is a modern indoor play space and enrichment club designed for curious young explorers. Our thoughtfully designed environment encourages creativity, movement, social interaction, and hands-on, inquiry-based learning.
We are seeking an experienced STEAM/STEM teacher to lead and develop our weekday enrichment programming, with a strong focus on hands-on exploration, problem-solving, and early innovation for young children.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who enjoys designing engaging, experiential learning opportunities outside of a traditional classroom setting.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate weekday enrichment programs for toddlers through early elementary ages, including:
- Hands-on STEAM/STEM exploration and project-based activities
- Sensory and discovery-based learning experiences
- Creative building, engineering, and problem-solving challenges
- Early science and technology concepts through play
- Social learning and collaborative group activities
Additional responsibilities include:
- Designing age-appropriate, inquiry-based lesson plans and weekly programming
- Leading small group sessions in an engaging, supportive environment
- Encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and creative thinking
- Creating a structured yet flexible learning environment that supports exploration
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space for children and families
- Collaborating with the Jetsetter team to develop new programs and special events
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working with children ages 2–10
- Background in STEM/STEAM education, early childhood education, or a related field
- Experience leading hands-on, project-based, or inquiry-driven learning activities
- Strong ability to translate STEM concepts into age-appropriate, engaging experiences
- Warm, energetic, and engaging personality
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A creative, innovative approach to lesson planning and program development
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the play space for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and actively participate in children's activities
- Ability to lift or carry equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs
- Ability to supervise children in an active indoor play environment
