Part-Time Monday–Friday
We’re seeking a flexible, high-energy Floater Teacher to support classroom coverage and drive a smooth, engaging experience for children across our center. This role is pivotal in maintaining consistent supervision, strong routines, and a positive culture throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom coverage across multiple age groups as needed
- Maintain active supervision and support safe, nurturing environments
- Assist with meals, naps, transitions, and daily routines
- Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities
- Collaborate with classroom teams to maintain continuity and structure
- Support daily operational flow with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple classrooms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive approach
- Passion for supporting high-quality early learning environments
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 11:30 AM–5:30 PM
