Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of the Center
- Help recruit new families and promote the program within the community
- Hire and support qualifies staff, ensuring all licensing standards are met.
- Maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
- Foster strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service
- Step into classrooms as needed to support staff and maintain ratios.
- Plan and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and family engagements activities.
- Experience working in early childhood education
- Strong communities and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and work well with others
- Knowledge of licensing regulations is a plus.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early education is preferred
