We post all our jobs in Eastern Standard Time- we’ve got you covered with a variety of shifts . We are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours:
(D E & O H ) Available START times of 9:30AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:30 PM EST.
(U T) Available START times of 7:30AM, 9:00 AM, and 11:30 AM MDT.
(AZ ) Available START times of 6:30AM, 8:00 AM, and 10:30 AM MDT.
Note: Shifts are Monday- Friday with weekends as assigned
Competitive Wage:
Starting wage of $17.50 per hour, with shift differential opportunities to earn up to $22.26 per hour, & a monthly incentive based off performance metrics!

What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls and help them complete loan applications.
Proactively sell the loan, along with other benefits, to the customer.
Ensure that all portions of the application are accurate to identify and eliminate potential business risks.
Help drive the completion of applications to increase receivables.
How You’ll Do It
Have consultative sales-based conversations with customers to promote the loan’s features and benefits.
Facilitate components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
In lieu of education, 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
2 years of experience in sales
A quiet workspace
Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
Personal smartphone or a tablet
