Duties:
Mentor and lead a staff of engineers in both technical and soft skills to craft a team of highly technically competent, consistent, thoughtful and customer-centric technology experts. This includes ensuring the group is adhering to principles of engineering excellence within their technical domain, applying consistency of technical execution, sharing common practices and challenges within the team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements
: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Position Required skills
: Technologies including Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP web services, Spring Boot, MVC, Batch, and Cloud; Messaging services including Flux, RabbitMq, and Kafka; Automated testing tools including Cucumber and Mockito; Caching software including Redis and GemFire; Domain driven design and Micro Services.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between
$148,949 to $180,200
. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
