Position Summary
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, employee development, financial performance, sales, marketing, and property maintenance. You will play a key role in launching this exciting new hotel, building a strong team, establishing operational excellence, and creating an outstanding guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, and develop hotel staff
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily hotel operations
- Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand and company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained property
- Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and community partners
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of hotel experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and guest service
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Hospitality or business degree preferred
