Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Packaging team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in the life sciences industry. You will receive full training to perform routine packaging operations in a regulated environment, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging of pharmaceutical/biologic products according to batch records, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment (e.g., labeling machines, blister packers, sealing machines).
- Conduct visual inspections for product quality and packaging integrity.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with line changeovers and basic equipment cleaning.
- Follow safety protocols and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior industry experience necessary – full training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
