About the Role:
As a Delinquency Resolution Expert, you will review past due accounts and contact customers to arrange an acceptable payment program. You will also work closely with cardmembers to understand their financial situations and negotiate repayment plans that meet their needs.
Key Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Prioritize building rapport with customers and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize professional and persuasive communications to keep goodwill of customers and minimize losses to the company.
