Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team! This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is reliable and can confidently multitask throughout the day. The job is 19-20 hours per week
Monday: 2:30-6:15pm
Tuesday: 2:45-6:15pm
Wednesday: 9:15am-12:30pm and 2:45-6:15pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 7:15am-12:45pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm smile and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and handle front desk duties
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness
- Support the chiropractor with daily operations and patient care needs
- Maintain accurate records with attention to detail
- Marketing, making flyers and social media
- Ordering and tracking inventory
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Interest in health, wellness, and chiropractic care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous front office experience of at least 1 year is required
- Familiar with computers and printers
Starting pay is between $18-22 per hour depending on experience.
A bonus system may be implimented after 6 months of satisfactory employment.
Health insurance is not offered, but free chiropractic care and Nutrition Response Testing will be given to you and your immediate family (living in same household).
