Tire and Lube Technician

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Tire Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll handle the mounting, dismounting, balancing, and installation of tires and related products, ensuring every customer drives away safely and satisfied. If you have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work, we want you on our crew!

Key Responsibilities

• Dismount, mount, and balance all tires sold, using proper tools and techniques to avoid damage.
• Install wheels, tires, and any additional products or accessories on customer vehicles.
• Safely drive customer vehicles onto lifts, secure them properly, and perform services efficiently.
• Handle scrap tires and maintain an organized storage area for take-off tires.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend services to enhance safety and performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and seamless experiences.
• Document all work using our digital service management system.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed, including inventory support and housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1 years of experience in tire service or a related mechanical field preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Upbeat outlook, coachable attitude, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
