We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Merchandising team, providing financial insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Merchandising team as their finance business partner to assess the current state of the business, establish meaningful financial benchmarks, and uncover trends and opportunities. You’ll also contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects by delivering ad hoc analyses and actionable insights that inform key decisions.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to detect and interpret anomalies, clearly and promptly communicating findings to stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial data, maintaining accuracy across reporting tools and databases, and proactively identifying ways to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, a deep understanding of financial operations and a demonstrated ability to influence business outcomes through insightful, data-backed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related, or equivalent experience is required .
Work Days :
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours:
Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Modeling – Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models that integrate multiple data sources to drive informed business decisions including product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
- Strategic Analysis – Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets and interpreting key business drivers, profitability levers, and market dynamics. Translate findings into clear recommendations that support long-term growth and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Cultivate strong partnerships with the Merchandising team, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Provide clear, data-backed guidance while leveraging institutional knowledge to enhance decision-making and foster alignment across teams.
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with business analysis, financial analysis and/or financial planning.
- Business/financial analysis experience with product marketing, sales operations, pricing, inventory management, or related role is preferred.
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts and procedures within a retail or manufacturing environment is required .
- Experience with forecasting and modeling is required .
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise tools such as Microstrategy and SAP required .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, including skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required .
- Experience and knowledge working with SQL and Tableau preferred.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure with minimal guidance, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently is essential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and data accuracy to develop explanations for a non-financial audience
- Ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story to provide valuable recommendations.
