As an IT Quality Improvement Specialist I, you’ll play a key role in helping our IT team make smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll learn how to analyze IT systems and processes using Lean Six Sigma principles, while building reports and dashboards to visualize performance and identify areas for improvement. You’ll work closely with team members to support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Days:
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours:
Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.

- Learn and apply basic Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to help analyze problems and recommend solutions.
- Use ServiceNow to generate reports and build dashboards that support data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain visual reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Help promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with team members.
- Network with internal and external resources to bring best practices to the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Interest in process improvement and quality management.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts is a plus (certification not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
