Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst II analyzes software requirements, procedures and problems to automate new or enhance existing software applications/systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Required .
Work Days :
Normal work days are Monday through Friday . Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours:
Normal work hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m . Additional hours may be necessary.

Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst II analyzes software requirements, procedures and problems to automate new or enhance existing software applications/systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services; Solve complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutions.Conduct user need analyses to establish requirements.Apply broad knowledge to Identify and resolve core problems.Plan , organize, and direct concurrent software design and implementation projects.Consider enterprise wide solutions and impact.Lead process modeling and translates requirements into design: Write business and technical requirements based on customers’ needs under the guidance of more experienced Business Systems Analysts.
- Perform Quality Assurance peer reviews of requirement and specification documents.
- Electronically enter and track customer requests within the Company’s tracking systems.
- Aid the User Documentation Team and/or senior department members in preparing, distributing and maintaining customer and troubleshooting documentation for applications.
- Leading meetings, conference calls and assists with training customers as needed .
- Other duties may be assigned.
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience.
- Attention to detail including validation of data and data sets.
- This position requires excellent communication, organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Project management methodologies and practices.
- Experience with databases and analytical tools and techniques.
- Proficient computer and software knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred)
- Basic understanding of analytical methods ( e.g. forecasting)
- Database & query experience in Microsoft Transact-SQL or Oracle PLSQL preferred
- Experience working in a data-rich environment
- Intermediate level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary.
- Ability to work independently and in a team is vital. Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential. Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes. In addition, organizational and problem solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
