Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours
Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves invoices with 3-way match exceptions.
- Seeks invoice and good-receipts (GR) approvals.
- Identifies valid proof of delivery (POD) for goods-receipts (GR) for store inventory accuracy.
- Detects valid pricing discrepancies.
- Calculates deductions and paybacks as needed.
- Assists employees and/or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- This position requires a minimum of two years of accounts payable experience.
- Experience with SAP or other accounting related software is required.
- Proven analytical skills is required.
- Proficient in alpha and numeric data entry by touch is required, 10 key by touch and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, including skills in Word and Excel, is necessary.
- This position also requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to work within a team and serve as a trusted expert for assigned duties is necessary.
- In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
- Treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Additional college level accounting, finance or math classes are beneficial.
