Duties
- Assist the Management in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to build a skilled and motivated team
- Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store performance
- Support shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring store policies are followed

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory retail role with leadership responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, bookkeeping, and budgeting
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management tools, and retail sales techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and store operations is essential
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as, training staff, and supervising daily activities
