Discount Direct Furniture & Mattress is expanding, and we're looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to join our brand-new 35,000-square-foot Bellevue showroom.
If you're tired of working in a store where there are too many salespeople competing for the same customers, you'll love what we offer. We intentionally do not overstaff our sales floor, giving every salesperson a real opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and earn an exceptional income.
Compensation
- $21 per hour guaranteed base pay until your commission exceeds your hourly earnings.
- Earn up to 7% commission on furniture sales.
- Earn up to 20% commission on warranty sales.
- Top performers earn $10,000 per month, with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from greeting through delivery.
- Help customers furnish their homes with quality furniture, mattresses, and accessories.
- Educate customers on financing, warranties, and product features.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Work as part of a high-energy team focused on delivering outstanding results.
We're Looking For
- Previous furniture sales experience is strongly preferred.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong closing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a performance-based environment.
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
