The Business Systems Administrator aims to seamlessly integrate Salesforce solutions tailored to our business operations teams. What You'll Do
- Revenue Applications Management: Installs, configures, and deploys Revenue applications, systems software, and oversees related projects enterprise-wide. Provides front-line support for DISCO's Revenue applications stack and manages user access, permissions, and compliance activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborates with project sponsors to define project scope and vision. Engages with users through various methods like interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand and collect requirements. Prioritizes these requirements in conjunction with stakeholders and the project team.
- System Analysis and Solution Building: Analyzes requirements for feasibility, consistency, clarity, and adherence to standards. Administers, supports, and crafts solutions on DISCO’s suite of enterprise applications. Ensures systems function as intended through design and execution of test plans.
- Communication and Project Management: Effectively conveys changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders, ensuring clarity in issues and solutions. Juggles multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- 2 years in IT, Sales Operations, and/or Business Operations
- Extensive Salesforce administration experience
- Excellent problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of system monitoring, capacity planning, backups, security
- Attention to detail with commitment to documentation and compliance
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities
