Disco's is set to be a family-friendly Italian restaurant serving quality handcrafted pastas, artisan pizzas, classic sandwiches and salads. Open 7 days a week with full menu service throughout all hours.
The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone passionate about Italian cuisine.
Responsibilities- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality
- Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Control food costs and manage inventory
- Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless services
- 2 years kitchen management experience (Pizza experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Food and Labor cost management, Italian cooking, and pizza preparation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Food Safety Manager certification (or ability to obtain)
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
