We are currently looking for Team Leaders at our Disc Replay location at 5888 E 82nd St in Indianapolis, IN. As a Team Leader you could be the smiling face that greets and serves our customers or even the buyer that tests and purchases the thousands of items in our inventory.

- You're a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do.
- You like talking - a lot- even to strangers (despite what your Mom told you). This is important, because you're not able to text message customers.
- You've got attitude - the right kind of course - and understand the need to be on time, all the time, and get to work on your scheduled shifts. With loads of energy, you understand work is easier - and more fun - working as a team.
- You strive to lead by example and have a great can do approach to accomplishing tasks and creating a positive environment for the whole team.
- You embrace constructive feedback and are able to follow directions.
- You have a commitment to timeliness and a sense of urgency.
- You've got basic math skills and the ability to collect payments.
- You're able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job, including standing up to 8 hours and working under typical retail conditions.
