**Job Summary**
Do you have the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively? We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and minimum of 2 years in a busy medical office environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. This role involves managing new patients from their first contact to their arrival in the office, assisting with patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records, assisting Chiropractor with therapies on patients, while contributing to a positive atmosphere for both patients and staff.
**Duties**
- Set patients up on therapy and monitor progress
-Document progress in EHR
- Call all leads as they come in through various sources. (Outbound Calling of Hot Leads)
- Answer incoming calls from potential new patients, addressing their questions and prequalifying them as needed.
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process at the front desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using electronic health record systems.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Respond to patient inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing concerns and providing information about available services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient office management and effective communication within the team.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a concierge medical or Chiropractic office setting is preferred, especially in new patient coordination and minimum 2 years.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for office management, including familiarity with coding practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in completing individual responsibilities.
