Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sandwich, MA for an Accounting and QuickBooks Payroll Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, utilizing accounting software, performing journal entries, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include processing payroll through QuickBooks, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves working collaboratively with the financial team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Finance management
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data
- Familiarity with payroll processing, especially using QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in disaster recovery or emergency services industry is a plus
