Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with referral sources such as property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, HOAs, and real estate agents, and generating a consistent pipeline of new customers for DRS. The role involves cold calling and prospecting, attending local networking events, tracking outreach and driving DRS's growth and expansion across the western slope. We are looking for full time, but are open to part time with the right candidate.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Sales Representative will report directly to the Marketing & Business Development Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute prospecting strategies and plans to meet new business and referral targets, tracking progress through quantifiable metrics.
• Cold call and door-knock prospective referral sources, including property management companies, insurance agencies, plumbers, HVAC companies, real estate agents, HOAs, and general contractors.
• Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with referral sources through scheduled meetings, consistent follow-up, and client entertaining.
• Identify and qualify new commercial and residential prospects on the western slope including Eagle, Summit, Garfield, Pitkin and Routt counties.
• Attend local events for networking and business development opportunities (Chamber, local foundations, industry mixers, etc.)
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity within the mitigation industry and seek out creative local business opportunities.
• Other duties assigned related to business development and growth strategy.
• Some evening and weekend work required for events.
• $27-$32/hour based on experience with commission.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
