We're looking for a driven Mitigation Manager to join our leadership team in Boise, ID, and help us raise the bar even higher.
What You’ll Do
As the Mitigation Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our field operations, leading a skilled team through a wide variety of emergency response and property restoration projects. From water and fire damage to mold remediation and trauma cleanup — your leadership will directly impact our clients’ recovery and our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Oversee mitigation jobs involving water, fire, mold, and trauma cleanup.
- Develop & Execute Strategies: Create effective mitigation plans that prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Respond Rapidly: Take charge during emergency situations and ensure fast, professional response.
- Mentor Your Crew: Supervise, train, and empower a team of technicians with hands-on leadership.
- Be the Client’s Go-To: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout every phase.
- Coordinate Crews: Schedule and manage multiple teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Ensure Worksite Excellence: Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and cleanliness at all times.
- Assess & Document: Conduct damage assessments, plan restorability efforts, and maintain accurate records.
- Work with Partners: Collaborate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Track Progress & Results: Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure project success.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 3 years in mitigation/restoration, with leadership or management experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of restoration processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Exceptional ability to guide, motivate, and lead crews in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, respectful, and empathetic communication with clients and team members.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for quality and efficiency.
- Hands-On Capability: Willing and able to perform physical tasks like lifting (50 lbs), climbing ladders, etc.
- Certifications Preferred: IICRC and other relevant certifications are a big plus.
- Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record is required.
