NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED MITIGATION TECHNICIAN
Post Falls, Idaho | Full-Time | $20–$24/hour

Disaster Response is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Mitigation Technician to join our Post Falls team.
This isn’t an entry-level position, and it isn’t a management role. We’re looking for someone who already understands restoration, enjoys working in the field, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, takes care of customers, and has a little fun along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Setting, monitoring, and removing drying equipment
- Taking moisture readings and documenting job progress
- Performing demolition and removing damaged materials
- Assisting with water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicating professionally with customers and your team
- Participating in the after-hours/emergency rotation when needed
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have previous mitigation or restoration experience
- Know how to use moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and other mitigation equipment
- Understand structural drying and water damage restoration
- Can work independently while still being a great teammate
- Are dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed
- Take pride in doing quality work and helping customers through stressful situations
- Like a job where every day is a little different
IICRC certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience matters to us.
