Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by various types of damage, ensuring that they are returned to their pre-loss condition. The Restoration Technician will utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Assess and evaluate damage to properties caused by water, fire, or mold.
- Execute water damage restoration processes, including extraction and drying.
- Perform fire restoration tasks, including cleaning and rebuilding affected areas.
- Conduct mold remediation procedures to ensure safe environments.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks effectively.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols during all restoration activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their restoration projects.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction or restoration work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
