Responsibilities:
Ensuring that documents are accurate and well maintained
Keeping up to date with company announcements
Organizing and maintaining customer and service records
Maintaining good relationships with clients
Keys warranty claims to vendors when required
Keep accurate records of calls and follow ups
Negotiating deals on behalf of customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of administration/office experience
Computer literate
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Great interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
The flooring installer will be required to brainstorm and implement effective flooring solutions in consultation with our clients. You should also ensure adherence to our protocols while observing standard safety guidelines.
