Position Details
- Position Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
- Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
- Environment: 100% work-from-home opportunity
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
- Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings

- Start Date: Start Date - Monday, January 19, 2026, Hiring closes December 19, 2025 - get your application in early!
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Training 8am to 4:30pm EST; Permanent M, Tu, W, Th 8:30am to 5pm EST, W 11:30am to 8pm EST
- Pay: $17.00/hour to start / $18.00/hour for bilingual to start; plus bonus opportunities
