The Mission
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
- Environment: 100% remote work opportunity
Requirements
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field
- Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
- Proven success in remote customer facing role, especially in complex, high-volume environments
