Highlights:

·        Competitive Salary: *$33.00/hour to $44.00/hour pay not including $6,000 - $12,000 annual bonus compensation. (*Please review bonus compensation during in-person interview for more details!! Bonus compensation doesn’t include 401k Compensation and Profit Sharing listed below!!)

·        Flexible family-oriented work schedule including a 4-day or 5-day work week (36 hours per week) with 100% of your premium paid in full for Health insurance premium for employees! Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, AD&D also included. HSA Compliant Health Policy with $60.00/month employer contribution with option to invest savings in Mutual Funds.

·        Guideline 401k Retirement Plan with ROTH 401k availability including 6% company match & Profit Sharing!

·        All employees will complete an extensive ninety (90) day training program.  

·        All employees are required to complete on-the job training offered by the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator (CPWIC) training. 

·        All positions are located at our office at 188 W. Industrial Drive, Suite 238, Elmhurst, Illinois 60126.

·        No Travel Required: 0% - 5% In Person with Clients; 95% - 100% Telephonic Contact.

·        No On-Call Requirement to serve clients.

Duties:

1.      Assist individuals receiving Social Security Benefits (SSI & SSDI) to return to work through the Social Security “Ticket to Work” program.

2.      Educate clients how the “Ticket to Work” program functions and how to maximize their SSI & SSDI benefits.

3.      Manage case load of clients from low and high complexity on a monthly or quarterly basis via telephone, email, and/or in person at our office.

4.      Comply with company Best Practice Standards to ensure quality and consistency of work product.

5.      Ensure quality and completion of work product by performing intakes, completing work plans, reviewing client files, documenting case notes, drafting and finalizing resumes and following up with clients timely.

6.      Diplomatically resolve any customer service issues with assigned clients.

7.      Communicate benefits of services offered by company to potential clients.

8.      Interview prospective clients to obtain important information and document data into company database for review.

9.      Transfer data from client intake into resume, cover letter, and job search documents.

10.  Research services in community including Short-Term Training programs, Transportation Services, Public Health Services, and WOIA Training Programs to assist clients achieve short-term and long-term goals.


Requirements:

1.      Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Required plus at least one (1) to two (2) years’ work experience.

2.      Must pass US Federal Government Suitability within 30 days of employment.

3.      Past work experience as a Case Manager or Social Worker or similar field required.

4.      Past work experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or similar field is preferred but not required.

5.      Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or (LCPC) preferred.

6.      Past work with individuals with disabilities; Workforce Development or Job Placement preferred.

7.      Past work handling a high degree of responsibility, leadership, and multi-tasking is preferred.

Salary : $6,000 - $12,000
