Transportation Administrative Clerk
Disability Resource Association – Festus, MO
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience
Position Summary:
Disability Resource Association is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Administrative Clerk to support our transportation program. This position involves coordinating and scheduling rides, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule and dispatch transportation services and maintain daily driver manifests.
· Track vehicle maintenance, gas receipts, and mileage reports.
· Maintain accurate documentation and consumer files.
· Assist with completing grant paperwork, time sheets, and transportation reports.
· Provide professional communication with consumers, staff, and drivers.
· Support equipment delivery and ensure compliance with agency and state requirements.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
· Valid driver’s license (Class E preferred but not required).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to take emergency calls after hours when needed.
