Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors in person and make a positive first impression
- Answer and direct phone calls to the right staff member
- Check in clients or guests and notify the appropriate team member
- Manage the front desk area to keep it clean, organized, and welcoming
- Schedule appointments or update calendars as needed
- Handle basic inquiries about the business or services
Mail Duties:
- Sort incoming mail and deliver it to the right person or department
- Open and log time-sensitive mail if company policy allows
- Prepare outgoing mail (letters, packages, certified mail, etc.)
- Weigh and stamp envelopes or use postage machines
- Coordinate with couriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
- Track important packages and maintain delivery logs.

Qualifications

- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
