What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Security Disability Intake Representative position at Disability Advocates?
Fast past social security disability advocacy company seeking Spanish speaking intake representatives to handle incoming calls from individuals seeking Social Security Disability and/or Supplemental Security Income benefits. You will field inquiries and screen callers for SSDI/SSI eligibility. The work is both remote and on-site at various health clinics signing up clients in person. Working in a collaborative and engaging remote environment, you will communicate with people from all walks of life experiencing impairments that prevent them from working and seeking our assistance to obtain disability benefits. Candidates will also develop cases for presentation by attorneys before administrative law judges.
Candidate must be dependable, have a positive attitude and communicate effectively. Knowledge of basic computer skills and data entry is a MUST. CRM knowledge is a plus, preferably Salesforce.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
