Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

• Oversee and ensure the quality of components, focusing on their mechanical integrity and longevity.
• Lead and manage advanced research and development initiatives aimed at product scale-up and enhancement.
• Conduct comprehensive wear testing of components to ascertain durability and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and strategic partners for product R&D and optimization.
• Ensure that all products and components adhere to industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety protocols.
• Provide advanced technical expertise on mechanical design, materials selection, and product testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of mechanical engineering, materials science, and product development.
• Help with the development and implementation of innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Participate in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials science, and wear testing methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in leading research and development for product scale-up.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and a willingness to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
