Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
