• How many grooms do you want in a day? 4,6 or 8. Any number….you chose.

• The daily operations of the shop are employee driven.
• Groomers are paid 50% of grooms on a commission basis weekly.
• Walk in nail trims, gland expression, perimeter trims ; you keep 85% of the money from those jobs.
• 100% of tips from grooms are yours.

What we are looking for:

• An animal lover.
• A person that is team oriented.
• A person that is reliable.
• The skills to be a self-starter and motivated to get the job done.
• A person with the knowledge and ability to recreate breed specific cuts and styles.
• A person that will maintain positive client communication and interaction.
• A person that has their own set of grooming tools to do most or all cuts.
• All the experience in the world might be a good thing, but it’s not necessary. Groomers of all levels of training and experience are strongly encouraged to check us out.

What you should expect from us:

• Our hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Saturday.
• Your own workstation with an adjustable 2’ x 4’ ft grooming table and tool box.
• A fun relaxed atmosphere to work in.
• We don’t push add-ons, but offer them.
• The grooming or bath prices are all inclusive. Specifics on pricing will be discussed.
• Attentive shop owners. You need a specific tool that all groomers can benefit from? Let’s discuss it and get it purchased. That cost is on Dirty Dog, not you.
