Independent Cleaning Contractor – Dirty Desert Management Inc Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to support short-term rental and residential properties. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services and preparing homes to a guest-ready standard. Responsibilities Perform full cleaning of assigned properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces Reset properties to guest-ready condition for incoming guests Check cabinets, drawers, and appliances for cleanliness and leftover items Launder linens or follow property-specific linen procedures Complete photo and video documentation of each clean Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items Communicate effectively regarding property status and needs Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential, hotel, or STR) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using mobile apps for communication and job updates Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting Join our team and contribute to maintaining clean, well-presented properties for every guest experience.
