What Is Kitchen Exhaust (Hood) Cleaning?
Commercial kitchens produce grease-laden vapors that build up inside exhaust hoods, ductwork, and roof-mounted exhaust fans. Over time, this buildup becomes a serious fire hazard.
Kitchen exhaust cleaning involves:

- Cleaning exhaust ductwork that runs through the building
- Cleaning roof-mounted exhaust fans
- Protecting kitchen surfaces during cleaning
- Leaving the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant
This is detailed, hands-on work performed during overnight hours when kitchens are closed.
