Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity, processing payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with food service staff to coordinate beverage and food orders during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions.
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing.
- Proven cocktail mixing skills with knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques.
- Strong understanding of wine, spirits, craft beer, and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
