Lead Grade Foreman – Grow Your Career with Us! We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Grade Foreman to join our team in the New Bern/Jacksonville, NC area. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proven experience in:
* Commercial grading and excavation projects
* Crew management and supervision
* Scheduling and budget adherence
* Operating heavy equipment
* Accurate grade shooting and GPS technology
* Plan reading and interpretation
3 years of experience and a clean driving record are required. A valid driver's license, clean MVR, and successful completion of a background check and drug test are mandatory. CDL is a plus. Pay will be based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time generally 45-55 hours week.
