DirtLabs Suspension has been a trusted name in mountain bike suspension service since 2008. Based in Longmont, Colorado, we are one of the longest-running independent suspension service centers in the country, known for expert workmanship, fast turnaround times, and exceptional customer support.
We are currently hiring a full-time Suspension Technician to join our team immediately.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment focused exclusively on mountain bike suspension. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving mechanical problems, and is passionate about mountain biking and the riding community.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
- Consistent full-time schedule
- Weekends off
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and rebuild mountain bike forks, shocks, and dropper posts
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to high standards
- Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain organized workflow and meet turnaround goals
- Support customer communication and service recommendations
- Keep workspace clean, professional, and efficient
- Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills with coworkers and customers
- Passion for mountain biking and familiarity with the sport/culture
- Ability to work on-site full time in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in bike mechanics or similar technical repair work preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$25/hour depending on experience
- Full-time stable schedule
- 80 hours paid time off
