Heavy Equipment Operator
Dirt Road LLC is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for civil construction and sitework projects.
Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Monroe, WA, and surrounding project areas
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, and other equipment
- Perform site grading, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling
- Work safely around underground utilities and ground crews
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow plans, grade stakes, and directions from the site supervisor
- Help with general sitework when equipment is not operating
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of heavy-equipment operating experience preferred
- Civil sitework and underground utility experience strongly preferred
- Able to finish-grade accurately and work efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a crew
- CDL is a plus but not required
